• Description

  

  Born to a shifter family, Constantijn could always change his body into that of a flamingo. His human form also resembles the bird a bit. He's tall and thin, built with slender muscle. His skin is pale but he tans easily when he's been out in the sun. His hair used to be brown but as he's grown it's naturally bleached to a platinum blond. Depending on what he's been eating, his hair changes colors to deep pink and light purples. Tijn's eyes are a light, jovial blue. His fashions tend to be flashy as he likes bright colors and sparkles and his hair style changes constantly.

• Biography

  Born in Holland, Constantijn grew up in a happy home with his rather large family. They're all shifters, though their animals differ. He had a happy upbringing and went to school in France for most of his teen years where he stayed with his cousins, the Belcourts. When he finished school he was unsure what direction he wanted to take his life. That was when he met a man named Mallory, a bird shifter like him. Something clicked with them, even though Mal was older and Tijn fell head over heels.
  
  Not everything was sunshine and rainbows with Mal, though. The man was finicky and possessive and broke Tijn's heart several times. Their on and off status had the flamingo desperate to please him and scared to death to do wrong. One time when he displeased Mal, the duck man got too rough with him, taking what he pleased and--whether it was by accident or not, Tijn would never say--he broke the flamingo's right leg. The break was relatively clean though it needed a rod in to heal.
  
  However, the surgeons were not informed that Tijn was a shifter and after a lengthy healing process, the first time he changed, the rod burst through his thin bird leg. The damage to the bone was severe enough that the entire femur had to be replaced and magicked to shift with him. He still has a limp and constant pain in that leg, but being the derpy ball of sunshine he is, Tijn is still a happy guy.
  
  With Mal and him broken up, Constantijn was at a loss for what to do with his life. It wasn't until he went to visit his older brother Jozua in a city called Nexxus that things sort of clicked. The bright lights, the city sounds, the unique people... Tijn was in love. He soon moved to the city and now owns his own hair salon called Glamingo. Things started to look up for him once he moved.
